MTO with SAPO-34 in a Fixed-Bed Reactor: Deactivation Profiles

چکیده

Methanol-to-olefins is a promising process that has attracted the attention of many research groups in last years. Zeolites are primary catalyst for this process, and SAPO-34 one most used because its high selectivity toward C2–C4 olefins. As drawback, it deactivates quickly forces to work alternately using reaction regeneration cycles. The mechanism by which still on debate, further needs be done. In study, evolution deactivation profile an SAPO-34-based was studied fixed-bed reactor. To achieve that, bed extracted after each experiment divided sections 2 cm. For section, CO2 adsorption, thermogravimetric analysis, ammonia temperature-programmed desorption were performed.
